AUTO PARTS INTERNATIONAL FOUNDED

Auto Parts International (API) was established as a retail business specializing in vehicle spare parts, with a vision to make the transportation of people and products more efficient, reliable, economical, and safe.

1990

AUTO PARTS INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR

API transitioned from a retailer to a distributor, marking a significant milestone in its growth. The company began focusing on expanding its product portfolio and building a strong distribution network across Nepal, with the mission of becoming the leader in sales and service within the vehicle spare parts aftermarket.

AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR OF RANE

Rane (Madras) Ltd is a part of the Rane group of companies involved in the manufacture and distribution of steering and suspension systems. The Brake Components Division, established in 1964, is a leading manufacturer of friction materials, including brake linings, disc pads, clutch facings, and composite brake blocks.

INTRODUCING ROLON TO NEPAL

ROLON is the global leading brand in transmission products with its Automotive Timing and Drive Chains, Sprockets, Auto Tensioners, Guides, Fine Blanked Components, Precision Machined Parts, Belts, Rubber Products and Scooter Components. The L.G BALAKRISHNA & BROS LIMITED (LGB) drive chains are the most preferred chains by the OEM’s, Racing and after market application due to the best performances of the product.

AMARON PARTNERSHIP

AMARA RAJA ENERGY & MOBILITY LIMITED the flagship company of the AMARA RAJA GROUP, is the technology leader and is one of the largest manufacturers of lead-acid batteries for both industrial and automotive applications in the Indian storage battery industry. Amaron is a leading battery brand known for its advanced technology, long-lasting performance, and reliable starting power. In Nepal, Amaron batteries are widely suited for cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, and other automotive applications.

INTRODUCTION OF INA AND LUK

API has acquired the agency for INA and LuK from Schaeffler India Limited, bringing globally recognized German-engineered automotive components to the Nepalese market. Both brands are known for their precision engineering, durability, and dependable performance across automotive and commercial vehicle applications. INA is renowned for its high-quality bearings, bearing systems, and precision-engineered components, providing smooth operation and long-lasting performance for automotive, commercial vehicle, and industrial applications. LuK is widely recognized for its advanced clutch and drivetrain solutions, including clutch plates and related components. Its products are designed to deliver reliable power transmission, smooth engagement, durability, and consistent performance, particularly across commercial and heavy-duty vehicles.

GURKHA AUTO TECH JOINS THE GROUP

Gurkha Auto Tech Pvt. Ltd. has partnered with VEGA Auto Accessories, one of India’s leading helmet manufacturers, making it Nepal’s first VEGA helmet assembly facility. This strategic partnership brings international helmet technology and quality standards to Nepal while supporting local assembly, employment, and value creation. Pitstop Service Pvt. Ltd. was established with the mission of offering premium tyres, expert fitment, wheel services, and essential vehicle maintenance under one roof. Pitstop also provides up to a 5-year warranty on all tyres, ensuring quality, reliability, and peace of mind for customers.

ACQUIRED PHOENIX AND SUPRAJIT

Phoenix specializes in high-quality automotive lighting solutions, while Suprajit offers a comprehensive range of automotive wire and cable components. PITSTOP EXPANDED TO FOUR LOCATIONS

Pitstop Service Pvt. Ltd. expanded its network to four locations, strengthening its presence and making quality automotive care more accessible to customers. Established at its main location in Kalimati, Pitstop has expanded to Naxal, Sukedhara, and Jadibuti, providing customers with convenient access to premium tyres, professional fitment, wheel services, and essential vehicle maintenance.
